Weight Management 101, a new and practical weight management course located on Harley St, London.
No weight loss programs or fad diet! A course that gives you the long term tools and knowledge, to achieve a healthier weight and life!

How healthy is your diet? Are you confused about what to eat? Do you want to improve your lifestyle? Our new nutrition course, Weight Management 101, is a 4-week course to help and empower you to change and improve your health through your diet. This course is aimed to anyone, without prior nutritional education, to learn more about evidenced-based diet and nutrition.

You will learn:

1- How to follow and incorporate UK and WHO (World Health Organization) evidenced-based dietary guidelines to lose and keep the weight off! Inc: portion/ calorie recommendations.
2- How to read UK front of pack and back of pack labels. Inc. How to shop for healthier foods at your local supermarket. (VIDEO coming soon…)
3 – How to  incorporate healthy and vital carbs and fats into you diet. Inc. An overview of the latest diets and which ones are the most sustainable and healthy. Inc: the ever growing and popular vegan diet!
4 – How to modify your favorite recipes to meet UK and WHO dietary guidelines whilst not losing on taste and satisfaction. (VIDEO coming soon…)Spag Bowl

This course is ideal for anyone looking to lose weight and/ or boost energy levels!

For your convenience, the course if offered on Saturday afternoons, at two different time slots 4-5 pm and 6-7 pm.

The first course is offered over 4 weeks, from Saturday the 28th of January till Saturday 17th of February 2018.

 

What will happen in the class:

1 – 40 mins of nutritional education
2 – 10 mins of fun activity and exercises
3 – 10 mins of questions and answers
4 – At the end of each class, a friendly competition will be given to encourage participants to incorporate what they have learnt into their lives (ie: to re-create a recipe at home and post it on facebook)
